From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional food - including the mind-blowing full English breakfast at no extra cost. The management was super responsive, quickly resolving a leaky bathroom by moving us to a jaw-droppingly better room. The location, staff, and lovely...

Had a great stay at Ida Hotel for a week. From the warm greeting by Manager Jill to the pleasant pool and bar area, everything was top-notch. Sunbeds were plentiful, pool bar lunches were excellent,...  

The room was spacious and well-equipped for self-catering. Hotel Bonjoir next door. Spotless hotel with large bedrooms and top-quality bathroom. Amazing shower! Daily room cleaning and frequent towel changes. Friendly staff and faultless food. Great location and balcony view. Memorable holiday experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the center square. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, always friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was delicious and served with care. The hotel's location was perfect, being just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

All aspects of my stay were perfect, nothing to fault.

The stay was a wonderful experience. The hotel offered a wide range of delicious food options that catered to all tastes, including some British favourites. The location was ideal, offering access to various activities and amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and always went out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. we were disappointed that the advertised "adults only" policy was not enforced, as there were children present throughout our stay.

Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Lastly, the rooms were kept spotlessly clean and fresh towels were provided daily. It was such a pleasure to come back to a clean and comfortable room after a long day of exploring the city.

I stayed at Ida Hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly. The cleaning lady was especially kind and did a great job. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a great part of town. The breakfast provided was delicious and included in the room rate. The bed was super comfy with extra pillows. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was great. The meals we had in the evening were cooked perfectly.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Had a great Xmas holiday at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, very comfortable beds with extra pillows and good storage space. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices including English breakfast. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to the bus stop if you want to go into town for the day. The pool area is lovely, had a fun day lounging by the pool.

The staff were a bit pushy with the restaurant, kept trying to get us to eat there every night, but it wasn't a big deal. , there were not enough sun loungers by the pool, so guests would put towels on them long before using them.

We had an amazing stay in a spotless and modern hotel close to the beach, the centre square, and the hotel's restaurant. From the rooms to the pool, everything was perfect, and the staff couldn't do enough for us, even offering free slippers and a safe for hire. We enjoyed the top-notch service, the fantastic food quality, and reasonable prices, especially during breakfast, where we could choose anything from the menu. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and there were plenty of sunbeds, a jacuzzi, and a play area for children.

We encountered one minor negative aspect during our stay.

I always stay at a hotel where the staff helped me fix a problem. It suits me perfectly: free Wi-Fi, restaurant, pool. Flat-screen TV, kettle, breakfast, AC. I always come back for work. Love it!
